PHOTO POLICY
Periodically, Read House & Gardens, on behalf of the Delaware Historical Society (DHS), takes photographs and video of visitors and activities for use in promotional and editorial materials. Upon entering DHS premises, including  Read House & Gardens, you grant DHS permission to film and photograph you and your dependents. Further, you grant DHS all rights to use the photographs and video for educational, promotional, advertising, and other purposes which advance the mission of DHS. DHS owns the rights to the photographs and video.
